Mantó is a founding based in Maastricht that aims to connect different informal care organizations to each other and provide a central information hub for these different bodies. Mantó approached me with the question of designing a new logo to go along with their new name and vision.

The icon I designed, resembles several ideas that stand at the heart of the organization and their work: connecting, overarching and protecting.

In a downward direction, the icon resembles an umbrella; an overarching figure; something that resembles safety, and protection. In an upwards direction, the connecting paths the icon resemble connection, coming together and moving forward.
